Larry’s 60th Birthday at The Vine Bar

Parties at the Vine Bar are always great!  On February 22^nd I catered another awesome event, this one was celebrating Larry’s 60^th Birthday.  The mood was set with a incredible 3 piece jazz band, family, friends and of course the food.  We served

 

 

 

 

 

Croque Monsieur – with ham, pears and gruyere cheese, Grilled Shrimp with roasted garlic lemon sauce, Zucchini Wrap – with vanilla mascarpone, radicchio & baby arugula, Spinach, Artichoke Heart & Lobster dip with fried blue corn chips, Brie en Croute – with caramelized apples & toasted pecans, Mediterranean Olive Tapenade 

 

 

 

served with Crostini, then for dessert we had Chocolate covered Strawberries that were so sweet and juicy one was just not enough!
