Winter Flavors move into January

Catering during the Holiday’s is very rewarding for me. Besides cooking up wonderful meals with Ham, Turkey or Rabbit…Bing Cherry, Orange or Cranberry sauce…it gives me an opportunity to share my childhood flavors of yesterday with my almost grown up flavors of today with you. For example, we served up Black Figs with Vanilla Bean Goat Cheese, baked Filo wrapped Sweet Potato and Banana as well as roasted Pumpkin and Manchego Cheese Quesadillas with Chipotle…a little spicy but very tasty and perfect for a Winter California evening!

Here comes January…let’s all drink Chocolate Champagne!
